inner architect, the brainchild of author and inspirational speaker Susan Hanshaw, is a multifaceted company whose mission is to provide education and training to individuals, groups and organizations in how to effectively use thoughts and intention to create the outcomes they desire.

inner architect founder Susan Hanshaw left a 20-year direct marketing career, which culminated at the corporate Vice President level to pursue a more purposeful calling. The author of Inner Architect: How to Build the Life You Were Designed to Live and Unleashing Your Soul, Susan has appeared as a guest on the Martha Stewart Living Radio show Career Talk with host Maggie Mistel and frequently addresses groups about finding purpose and creating a job that you love. Her charismatic presence and authenticity enable her to effectively connect with and inspire people in live, written, video or audio form. Susan holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Keene State College, New Hampshire, an A.A. degree in Psychology from Skyline College, California and Ordained Ministerial Counselor certification from Pathways of Light Spiritual College, Kiel, Wisconsin.

Dean Guadagni joins Susan Hanshaw in the mission of inner architect. Dean has 20 years of business development, national account management, and sales management experience. Dean’s career experiences include a position as national account executive managing a $50 million dollar software licensing budget for one of the top five banks in the United States.

As business director, Dean’s mission is to evangelize, network, and market our teachings. An expert in online and real world networking, Dean teaches inner architect’s networking programs. Dean is a 1984 graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Speech Communications.
